I got into a real stickler, my bankruptcy was discharged because I was late on 2 payments... only problem was that the 2 payments were not part of my original disposition... turns out that my case was revised 2 months after my court appearance and my attorney, nor the court informed me of the changes. I didnt find out until 2 months after my last scheduled (per original plan) payment.. now both my cars were repossessed and all the credit card companies are after me for what I originally owed them plus interest.
my lawyer wont talk to me about it, the trustee ignores my written and phone requests and Im stuck and looking to dish out another $15,000 on top of the $11,000 allready paid.
cant afford another lawyer to fight this.
my word against the attourney, he says he sent the revision I say I didnt get it
