I claim my daughter as dependent, my ex has custody, I pay child support each month, can I use the median income for 2 when calculating the means test

I read a post regarding something like this not too long ago on here. It seems like the custodial parent would claim the child. However I am not clear on this. It could be since you claim her and your ex I am assuming let's you, you may be able to claim on when you file. You best ask an attorney if you have one. If you don't do a few free consultations and see what they say.
