credit card transfers

My husband and I have decided to file Chapter 7, but about two months ago my step-mom offered to transfer three of our credit cards to two of her 0% interest cards to try and help us, but it was not helping enough so I have started to transfer them back. How will this affect us in filing Chapter 7 in the next 60 days. We need to do it before the law changes. I can show where the debt was mine originally.

Its probably a bad idea to transfer the debt back. It becomes a new transaction that will fall within the fraud presumption time frame.
