    341 yesterday and Pacer question

I had my hearing yesterday. Don't know if people remember but I had posted questions re: my lump sum disability payment being exempt or not. The papers were amended to list this as exempt. the amendments were filed last week but she did not get them in time. We assumed she had until she asked about the property value of my house and she had the old value. So now she has to go back and review the changes. The questions were along the same lines as others have posted. No references to my income tax refund(although my wild card will cover that). And no mention of the stimulus check either from her or my atty. I live in MI but I am using Federal exemptions. Maybe this makes a difference.

So in terms of learning the outcome of my SS disability I am disappointed that she hadn't had the documents to review for that meeting and I would have some sort of idea of where she stood on that.

Does anybody know where to look in Pacer to see if the trustee had made an objection to my exemptions?

    Thanks everybody.

BTW my atty did mention that IF she did challenge the SS disability we could offer her a settlement on the (estate??). I don't quite understad why she just wouldn't take it all. Well whatever I am done worrying about this. It will all work out.

It will list under your history or the docket report in pacer. If she just found out about your amended exemption paperwork at the 341 yesterday, it is likely that she has not filed anything and it is not on pacer yet.

I realize that 24 hours is not enough time for her to review this. I was just curious where the information would be found once she did. I'm sure it will take at least a week or two to see anything. Actually the deadline for objections is May 26.
