I posted a while back that we were suing a collection agency that harrased us post 341 and discharge for a medical bill. Lets just say that Bill doubled in price of what I owed, to what they now OWE ME!!!!! BWAHAHA!!!
They must feel pretty dumb now. Doubt it though.
Keep track of thos nasty letters and calls, all. It could be money in YOUR pocket!

Thanks for the info- Congrats! We are having an issue with a medical bill but it is the original place and not a collector. We had a 1500 dollar balance which we paid down to 167 dollars and they keep calling and sending balances due, etc... Our attny just sent a second letter to them. We will see what happens. I just cant believe they are still willing to push it after we practically paid it off. Keep it coming- mama needs some new shoes!
