if overdrawn and incur nsf charges and eventually the checking acct is closed. what type of sol would apply on a checking acct debt? i am currently in California and had a bad experience with wells fargo about 7 yrs ago. i also had a recent disagreement with wachovia in which they paid a echeck i didnt authorize and overdrew my acct. and i refuse to pay. a collector called the other day and told my roommate (he is going down on this one) i assume because i beat them on a old credit card bill they sued me on, and all other delinquent cc are beyond sol, which i gleefully tell them when they call. unfortunately he didnt mention which checking acct he was referring to.
