Monday was our 61st day, have not heard anything yet, signed up for pacer a few weeks ago but did not get a password? Wondering if my spam filter trashed it. I wish I could check on my case. This is Kiliing me.................

If you live in a large metropolitan area it could take 60+ (for some 90 days) before a discharge is granted.
Call the clerk's office at the BK court or your BK Attny if you used one.

It can take some time in areas with a lot of bankruptcies. In truth if you've not heard anything then that's probably a very good sign.
