Folks,
I just received a letter from "fidelity national field services, inc.", on behalf of wells fargo home mortgage, addressed to me or "current resident", requesting to know if the property is occupied, and if by us or a tenant.
This was an owner-occupied FHA loan, originated about nine months ago, not paid for about three months, that we are surrendering (house has major issues, including the neighborhood going to hell).
We have moved, but still have some stuff there. Do I respond and, if so, how?
--randy
