I need to find a plan that is affordable outside a group plan or is there a group plan available to me? I do not want the discount card type of plan I want an actual insurance policy accepted by many doctors and hospitals. 80/20 coverage is great with annual deductible choices.

I used www.ehealthinsurance.com
I was able to get Aetna insurance with no deductible, office copays of $25/35 and drug coverage for $259
I used the same website last year and ended up buying insurance from Aetna.
I had a $500 deductible last year. This year, I opted for no deduct.

& remember how much you want your out of pocket each year to be, verses what the premium will be because you still have to pay both.
I would say that for most people an 80/20 will make the bill managable if you ever really have to use all of it in one year.
I feel Blue Cross is the best for employers to give, but am realizing when you pay out of pocket you will NOT be getting the same great insurance without bias, that is regulated by the government through employers...so keep that in mind.

The insurance we have costs $64.38 per month for a family plan, and $24.76 per month for a single plan. This an HMO product with a $15.00 office copay, and $50.00 ER copay. No deductible too.The information provided is not, and should not be considered legal advice. who do you have? & how much is the out of pocket per year?
I am already tired of the plan I have because they are bias about everything. It is a great plan but it is way more than I can afford.
