Filed by the Trustee last Monday. Holy crap its finally done! What an amazing feeling... almost a year and it's finally done...

Thanks for everyone's insight, input and help on here. Good luck to everyone that's still struggling through this as I know how tough it is. Just stay focused and keep reminding yourself that you'll eventually get through this and get back on your feet. Cheers.

The OP doesn't need you to let them know how long they have to wait until the BK is off their credit report. I am sure they are well aware of that fact already.

Instead of putting your payment schedule in your signature, why don't you put "have to wait 7 years to get this bankruptcy off my credit report"....?
