        power wieght lifter

she is a real power lifter and she is with a good group that helps & supports each other doing it all the way. She has very valid reasons & a good outlet because that helps her relieve all the stress & anger over brain surgery past & to come and all the other things that would bring us down.

Her goals power lifting might not seem like much to most people who do not weight train, but she is doing everything the right way & for the right reasons. I just hope she does not get injured because I think she can back down a little bit on the squats & bring those weights down a little to be safe for knees & back.

I liked her personality a lot because she has been thru a lot & does not carry that haughty attitude that you see some people have, who go to the gym for attention to their bodies.

I like her & thanks for sharing. It gave me hope & a smile.
