While looking at the Middle District Court in PA I found this interesting notice
Effective June 17, 2008
Telephonic appearances will be allowed in all matters on a Chapter 13 hearing date
before Chief Judge XXXX XXXXXXXX with the consent of all parties,
using CourtCall, an independent conference call company.
Maybe because of the high prices of gas? I don't know but in August I'm going to try to do it.
