    Problems w/ chapter 7 if not employed?

    Hello all. Will I have any problems going through chapter 7 if I'm not currently employed? My case is rather simple. Manly I'm filing for credit card debt. I own no house, vehicle etc.

    No, it won't be a problem.

      It won't be a problem, but you'll need to find cash to support yourself after you file since you won't have credit cards to rely on.
