OK, now I’ve got one to ask: In our C7 we were determined to have paid a proprietary creditor. Our Trustee hired an attorney to investigate. He stated that we paid "insiders". The fact was, we were going C13 and our lawyer stated, "no Mortgage Deed, no money, no asset. WRONG! Now we had to go 7 and my adversary found the late recording of my sale of discounted Mortgage Deed and reported me. Those who have followed my odyssey, know of the AP I have because of this AH. I made a motion to the Court to allow me to go pro se. The Trustee lawyer called my lawyer office and we have a meeting next week to talk of this. So far I do not know why I have not been whapped with some sort of penalty or objection but I think my Trustee actually is helping us along and even my bad lawyer may be talking the 'behind scene' hey look Joe, I made the mistake, help out my client, thing. Anyway, here is the letter I wrote to the Trustee lawyer. My question is this, I have 24K of IRS debt, priority one and will have to be paid. If I am excused of this amount, won't I pay now or pay later anyway? After all, it is IRS and they WILL get their money. Give me a take on this? Thanks.

OK, the good news. Our Trustee's lawyer offered a compromise. Many folks following this thread or my profile know I have done about the worse one could do. Anyway, I will make a payout at the turn of the year when a retirement annuity is due. They could have killed my case off but I must admit, we have been blessed. We signed the document and Monday will green card it. Life is good. Will be better when all this fun stuff is over. 'Hub

PoorG: no he will never leave me alone. A very long story, but if you are nutz, and poor you are called a lunitic, but if you are nutz and rich, you are called eccentric. He is very eccentric.
