If you're planning to file (or already have) Ch. 7 and you're the co-borrower on someone else's loan, be prepared to lose online access to that account.
I cosigned my SO's truck loan and we've been using online bill pay, usually logging on a few days before the loan is due to schedule the payment. Well, the first post-filing payment is due and I found that we're blocked from online pay. They provided an address for mailing, but that means the payment will be late. I contacted customer service, who told me not to worry about this late payment, go ahead and send it and just make sure I mail it earlier next month. She also told me that after discharge, SO should get online access back.
Anyway, I hadn't given any thought to this happening. I thought I'd share my experience so that no one else gets caught unawares!
