I really appreciate all the information!
We have summer taxes due in the amount of $975.00 on the residence we plan to keep when we file BK7. Also we have summer taxes of $308.00 on vacant property.
Should we pay these or just not pay and try to include them in the BK? Will they pay the taxes on the home even if we want to keep the home?
We don't have any money saved up to pay for it and really have no way to come up with it in the next month or so (they are both due August 10th)
