Chapter 13 means test [Archive]

Are there expenses in Chapter 13 that you can use that you couldn't use in Chapter 7? I did my means test for 7 but am being pushed towards a 13. Are there any other expenses I can add to 13? My 401k deductions weren't allowed in 7 but are they allowed in 13?
