Hello, my cyber-friends!
Tommorrow I am going to meet with my lawyer for the second time in regards to BK 7, and I will be giving him some papers about my financial statements and so on. However, upon checking and printing out my credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union, for some reason not fully understood by me, I noticed that there is absolutely no information about my Capital One credit card. Though this card has a low credit limit of about $1,000.00, I have had it for more than a year, and I have been making monthly payments on it for that period of time. The good thing now is that this credit card has a zero balance, so I am thinking about not including it with my BK 7.
One way or another, I have a question. Since this card does not appear at all on any of the three reports, will anybody be able to find out that it exists? Please bear with be: I had no idea that this credit card "conveniently" was going to dissappear from my credit reports, and I said "conveniently" because it has a zero balance now.
Most cordially,
Albert L.
