Made last Ch.13 pymt in May & awaiting discharge, Trustee's keep resigning!!

This past winter we receivd notice that our Trustee was leaving (became a judge) and listed the new Trustee that would take his place. Ok fine, no biggie. May approached, we made our last payment and tried to patiently await our discharge.

We received a letter in the mail yesterday and I thought for sure it was it. But no - it was another notice saying that the "new" Trustee was resigning and listed another Trustee that was taking her place.
This makes a total of 3 Trustees in the past 5 months!
Do you think this will delay our discharge even longer?

I would start making waves and call the court. Where is your attorney? Did you receive the notice that it was ok to stop making payments?

I'm getting ready to call our lawyer. My paycheck is garnished, so they are still getting money each month. I called the Trustee's office in mid June and she said that our case was fully paid and was starting audit.
