attorney finally converted my 13 to 7, had the 341 on june 27 and all went well, a no asset case. out of the blue today received a call from collection agency re mbna which was listed in my original filing, i explained that i was now in a chapter 7 but this collection agency insisted on attorneys name, i did give them that as well as my case number, when i spoke with them i advised thaey were in violation of the stay and they rudely informed me that they did not know of the bankruptcy, apparently they purchased the account from mbna now ban of americal and are trying to collect, can they do this
