It shows on pacer that 7-15 is the last day for objection to discharge. There is No objections. So, do the CC companies have until the end of the day or is this it, they missed the deadline (last night).

Objections to discharge were due yesterday in my case, and I'm not discharged yet. I snooped around PACER last night and found that discharge in our district takes anywhere between 1-11 days after the objections due date. You may see it right away or it may take a few days, probably depends on the clerk's workload. Hopefully we will both be celebrating soon!

Well My last day was 7-15. They still have not updated any information. it still shows under status as waiting first meating 107 days. I spoke with case worker and they said not to worry and that it will update this was a month three weeks ago. But, I still am not real comfortable with that. I just want it done with and know that this ordeal is overFiled BK 3-31-08

I know exactly what you mean. I am getting more and more anxious (by the hour) and after two nights of the worst sleep I've ever had I'm starting to question everything, and to worry about all the "what if?"'s.
I thought I'd be in a completely different frame of mind right now, but this waiting is the worst! I even looked up all the orders for discharge over the past few days to get an idea of how long it's taking them to be entered after the deadline for objections, and I was not at all happy to see other asset cases with 7/14 deadlines discharged. I know it does no good to worry, but I just can't help it after the roller coaster ride I've been on.

My last day for objections was 7-11. My attorney said it might take up to 10 days for the discharge to appear on pacer due to backlog in the court. The only one who can prolong your case are the trustee and US Trustee and most likely that would have happened before the objection date. My discharge appeared 4 days after my objection date.
The trustees are flooded with bankruptcy cases and sometimes can't get things updated right on time but the dates appearing on pacer are set in stone and any changes by the trustee or US Trustee must appear on pacer and you would recieve paperwork in the mail stating any changes. If it hasn't hapened before the final objection date you're pretty safe.
