Has anyone ever included the Military Star Card (credit card for use in Navy Exchanges, PX/BX only) in their chapter 13 filing. We received the customary letter they send out that says "pay your bill or we will take it out of your pay." We did hand this information over to our lawyer but the Exchange Credit Program is pretty bad about coming and taking what ever they want from military pay. Has anyone successfully included them in the past? We were concerned that they would try to take the whole amount we owe which is around $1,700 from future pay as soon as they are officially notified.
