Anyone in Arizona?

It sounds like a lot of people's experience at the 341 is dependent on the trustees... I don't have a complicated case, but was just curious if anyone is in Maricopa County and could tell me what their experience of the trustees has been. Do they ask for your tax returns every year, do they adjust your payments a lot (increase), do they take your tax refunds?

Just curious if anyone could ease my mind on the trustees

We are in the process of finishing our Chapter 13 in Arizona. It was a 3 year plan. Yes, our trustee wanted our tax papers for each year. No, he did not take our tax returns. No, he did not adjust our payments unless we asked for an adjustment. Our trustee was Russell Brown.
