About to call an attorney

How do I find out exactly who I owe debt too? I just got a granishment letter so its the final straw so I am getting in touch with an attorney tomorrow about an appoint. Thing is I get so many letters from so many different places that i don't know who exactly I owe to. Is it as simple as just getting a credit report?

ok thanks. Was bouncing around and staying at some shelters for the past 11 months and most of my letters were lost. Everyone of them is some kindof credit debt from 5 years ago+, so should all of them show up?

I've never had a debt that wasn't on my credit report, so if I were you I'd go to the credit reporting agency websites and take advantage of the free credit reports. I think you were denied employment and are entitled to a free one.
