Personal filing, biz CC's

I started thinking about the way I answered a post yesterday and now I am not sure about something. I said my business had no debt, but I do have a cc in my business name (along with my name) that I am including in personal BK. The owed amount is $14,000. My husband also has a small biz and is including his CC in our personal filing, his owed amount is $30,000. Anyone know how this is handled??
