    OK, whats next?

Filed June 16th, 341 was July 14th. Answered a bunch of questions about a couple of things, trustee said he wanted to take my stuff "back to the office" to look at it somemore. Asked for a list of equipment I lease for my business which I sent to lawyer's office on Thursday.

So now what? If the trustee is satisfied with everything what happens next and will it show up on Pacer when it happens? Thanks.
    The future is unwritten. J.S.

a lot of trustee's object to chapter 13's because they find something that they think should be one way or the other. If you find on Pacer an objection to the plan filed, do not panic. Just call your attorney and make sure it all gets worked out. Chapter 13 plans are all about compromise.

Pretty much any case gets at least some sort of objection. Your confirmation hearing will be next and any objections that come up need to be cured by that time.

nothing will really show up on the docket until the confirmation hearing besides the filing of any objections. If you're confirmed in the case, that will show on the docket. If you're not confirmed, you can always refile.
I do not provide legal advice. All I do here is give my two cents as an opinion and at least share some of the facts that I know. Attorneys can provide legal advice, so go ask them or hire one.
