I started counting the # of calls after 8 AM this morning.

It is 9:30 AM and I have gotten 15 CALLS so far.

I was out dropping my little guy off at school, Chase called, my wife told them I was not home, to leave a #, they did and called back 5 MINUTES later.

My wife told them that they had just called and what did they think they were going to accomplish and they hung up.

I know, I know , they are just doing their jobs but what makes them think that the situation is going to change from day to day?

I called my attorney today to set up a time to drop off all my tax information so hopefully I will get some clarity.

The calls have subsided for me (maybe the calm before the storm, I don't know), but Chase was the most aggresive for me.

When DGod-D went on her binge a couple of weeks ago, she maxed out everyone of her CCs. Because she was living at our place for a while, all her CC apps. have OUR address and phone number on them. So, while WE might have the Automatic Stay thanks to our BK, we are getting all of HER dunning phone calls. So far, it is 10:20 AM and we have had 8 calls so far.....
