Bankstatements for 341 hearing....

    Bankstatements for 341 hearing....

    Our attorney said to bring in all bank statements from after the date we filed until the 341 hearing. Do we need to print off all transactions until that time as well? Our last statement was July 20th.....our 341 is Aug. 1st so I'm wondering if that's something any of you out there have been asked to provide - transactions not included in last bank statement?

    No, I only gave them statements from the 3 months prior like they asked. Not that I was hiding anything, but.

    Give them only what they ask for, don't volunteer any information.
    It gives them a reason to look further than what they originally intended to look at.

      Our attorney had us bring our bank statement as well for the time period of filing to 341. Its basically used for the balance as of the date of filing. The trustee never asked us for it, he did ask the 2 cases ahead of us for their bank statement.
      5/29 Filed 7~ 341-on 6/24
      8/27-DISCHARGED
      11/2 - CLOSED
      EQ-604 EX-605 TU-560 ~4.5 months after discharge

        I had to bring the current bank statement to the 341. Of course, the trustee didn't ask for it.

          Ok, thanks....I thought I was going to need to print off every transactions from the 20th of July (last bank statement) until August 1st....LOL....this is making me crazy! Can't WAIT to get it over with! Thanks for all the input.

            My attorney wanted me to print off each page of my transactions since my last statement. We also recieved a letter from our trustee requesting these. But he didn't actually look at them at the 341. Good Luck

              My atty told us just to bring ss card and drivers license.

              She had a file with all of our documents. The trustee asked a few questions where we needed bank statements and money market statements and my atty pulled them out of her file....She was worth the fee

                So far, we've only got the one notice from the court saying when our hearing is and where and that's been it. It's next Friday and we haven't heard another word about anything so I'm assuming we can just get by with our last bank statement since we've filed. Thank you!
