well my car has been repo'd last monday ,, so we are getting closer now and have hired an attorney that does bankruptcy ONLY so we feel comfortable . they are a large firm in SC .. We have given the attorney all our info and just waiting on payment for filing. we told them our food stamps were ending due to our jobs which of coarse we do not qualify due to the new income.
I have faxed out paychecks to DSS but they re-filled our food stamp card again this month .. which I thought by getting the paychecks stubs it would have ended . which August was the last month for re-certification anyways, My worker is backed up. so anyways is this going to effect my filing since I am certain that September I will not get them I think that August was just the ending. When I asked the paralegel about it she said if you do not think you are qualified then state NO on the paper work.. As I see it August was the last month it will be applied but does this hurt filing in August or should I wait to September? Due to income since this is counted as income which may bring us just over to convert to a 13.. thanks for all your help and responses..
