I pulled my credit report and some of the creditors reported this " Petition for bankruptcy chapter 7". Is that ok or should it actually read discharged/included in bankrutpcy. Was discharged back in June. Thanks.

You need to send creditors certified letter with copy of discharge...
Your credit report needs to say "included in Chapter 7 bankruptcy"....(not petitioned)....
Give them 30 days to correct and check again.....
