    And this was my response...

"Once you start incurring the expenses you will need to contact us. I assumed you would be married by the time the baby comes and his income would then become marital income. In which case, depending on how much he makes you might not want to even go there. More income into the house, unless he has a lot of expenses could cause your payment to go up not down. Lets review the issue when it becomes an issue."

I made it clear that I am not getting married until the end of next year, but that I will be having second child in April. I guess this means that in April I get to file for an expensive ammendment. Fun Fun.

while in your chapter 13 it might be cheaper to put off the wedding until you are discharged.

Yeah but if he stays single and screws around, he may experience a discharge with a burning sensation

I am amazed in this day and age that the lawyer's office just automatically ASSumed you would immediately be getting married

sorry about your having to do the amendment, managed to limp along without stirring the pot when we lost DS' ss survivor bennies because I had had several small raises and didn't want to stirr the pot

I am not paying for my wedding. My dad is. We are still unsure as to when now... lol. I just hate the way she worded it. It's an issue now, for me. I'm in need of answers and that's all I asked from her, but got that instead.
