If you signed a reaffirm agreement would it show online in pacer as a document? I signed one in the first week of july but i do not see anything about it?

Yep....when the reaffirm gets filed with the court it will show up on Pacer. The reaffirmation doesn't become official until it gets filed.Originally posted by gymbofreak View Post

We sent in a reaff agreement at the begining of July as well. It is flagged on our status page on PACER as reaffirmation pending. We are due to discharge, but haven't as of yet. I am not sure if that is what is holding us up!!
