Years ago in the old DOS days, and I was very new to computers, 'Hub put a little program called 'Drip' onto the computer, unbeknownst to me. Run the computer long enough and the letters start dripping off their lines and down past the bottom of the screen. I thought: "What the h****?" The longer the program ran, the more letters would fall. 'Hub comes in and says: "Oh NO! You've melted the hard drive!!!" I freaked out, and he broke out laughing. I could have KILLED him!!! I wasn't too nice to him for a good while after.

Oh this is funny! I remember one of my first experiences on the net. We hadn't been online long(dial up), and I decided I'd give the net a try. Well anyway, the computer froze. DH was in bed. I ran upstairs in a total panic. I thought I surely broke something. He wasn't happy about being woke and when he came downstairs and saw it was simply froze he was even less happy! Anyway now when I think about that it makes me laugh. Now I am the one who keeps our computers at home in good running order. I know so much more about the net then he does!
