    Almost Done

The following appeared on my PACER report this morning:

"Order Discharging Debtor (my name) and Certificate of Mailing. Awaiting Closing order"

Does this mean that all that is left is for the Judge to sign it and it's done?

How long does that usually take?

You should get your discharge paper in the mail within a few days. You can download it also if you want. You are just about done. Congrats

      Yep - it's about over!!!!

You'll get your discharge in the mail - then you wait for the Trustee to close your case with the court....sometimes right away, sometimes it takes a little longer.

But also remember, the trustee doesn't have to close your case for 1 year or he can close it and re-open it for "justified reasons" up to 1 year after its closed. Usually never happens!!!

      Keep cool, YOUR LOOKING GOOD!!!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
