Was reading another recent forum and did not want to hijack the thread but it brought up a good question....if I am an authorized user on my wifes credit card in the State of Kansas, am I liable? I could not find any law links to help me with this question.
I listed the debts as my wifes but was wondering if I am liable if I needed to switch these cards to joint before I file....any thoughts?
