    i bought a trailer to help my daughter and boyfriend buy a house because his credit was maxed out, so he had to sell something in order to buy the house. he also had to use my daughters income to get the house.. so i did them a favor and took over the payment of the trailer and bought it..right after i bought the trailer, he tell me, by the way, you have to pay a hundred dollars for lot fee. i told him if i had known that i wouldnt have bought the trailer. i can not afford that extra money.. nothing more was said about it.. 2 weeks after i moved in he came to me with an agreement for me to sign for 150.00 a month lot fee. i refused to sign it. he took me to court and judge said that we had to make an agreement on the lot fee and come back in a week to court.. anyway.. this place has caused me not to want to have anything to do with them. it has cost me more than i can afford to pay. i just want out of this situation and get on with my life... what are the options of a forclosure.a just walk away.. what will happen next? will i have to pay the remaining monies of the trailer if it is not sold for what i owe? need some quick advice..please help!!!!!!!

    OKAY, Mom, you ever hear of tough love???? You been had and it isn’t doing your daughter or son-in-law any favor to be used as it will not stop there.

    You did your part, if you signed for the trailer (I assume a small MH) and they cannot at least pay the lot rent, YOU repossess it. You can do that in small claims or if you purchased it, it is in your name?? DO NOT do more for this turkey. I know you are stuck with him but he seems a flim-flammer to me from what you said. Kick his ass into high gear or he will be bk on your credit. Only my opinion. ‘Hub
