As some of you know, I filed pro se. I had no problem with my paperwork except that there was a pro se form I had to fill out, this was not included in my packet and I did not see it on the NY Bankruptcy court website. The clerk was very nice about everything and gave me my 341 date right then and there. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can answer my phone again.............and tell those CA my file# so they can stop calling!! I know this is just the beginning of the journey but I am just happy to be on my way. Now I have a month to get nervous about my 341 meeting
