Hi all--I just got a strange letter from GE Money regarding a Chevron account I included in my Ch. 7 requesting bankruptcy information. Uh, like they got the 341 creditor notice and/or somehow figured out I filed......?!
Should I send the information they request, which basically is the case number, 341 meeting date (although the balance is like $75, so I doubt they will attend), district, attorney ( that would be me since I am pro se) and so on.
That's just funky, since they know I filed, which leads me to believe they got the creditor notice. I honestly don't know if I should respond and if I do, I may just send a copy of the 341 notice and nothing handwritten.
Any ideas about this? Anyone receive anything like this?
