Rejection of Trustee's Appointment and Appointment of Succes

Has anyone had their trustee reject the appointment I know why or I think I do I am wondering how long it will set me back,

Never seen this, most likely it is done because they know you, your lawyer or when you have talked to them about the case (for instance when looking for a lawyer for bk). It is to avoid conflicts of interest.

It shouldn't hold up your case unduly.

I spoke to him about doing the closeing on my house when i was trying to sell it.

That's probably why then, he wants to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest.
