mortgage co FORGOT to serve the order for the hearing for relief

The attorney for the mortgage co FORGOT to serve the order for the hearing for relief. Therefore, it has been rescheduled until the 25th - which is now AFTER your Creditors Meeting.
This is part of an Email i got from my lawyer today but i got home to late to ask what it really means.
Shesounded like it was good news. anyone have any ideas?

It really does not matter whether it is before or after the 341 meeting. So long as the motion is filed before discharge, it will have standing.

If the mortgage company e-files the motion, it is considered served.
