The city placed a calim for the maximum liability over the amount owed for my back due city taxes with the trustee. She paid them the full amount out of my asset in a chapter 7.

Now that I filed my paperwork, there is an excess of funds. Do i have to return it to the trustee, or should I apply it to next years taxes?
