Assumption of Lease

We are assuming our lease as part of our Ch 7 filing, and the lender (Chrysler in this case) sent over an assumption agreement that only our lawyer needed to sign. He did forward it over to us for review before we gave him the go ahead to send it in.

Does anyone know if the assumption agreement gets filed (and thus can be viewed in Pacer), just like a reaffirm agreement does? I have never seen an assumption agreement on Pacer before.
