How is Debt Documented to Trustee

I met with my attorney last night and we signed off on all the paperwork to file a Chapter 13. When we came to the section on the debt he had 1 entry for Bank of America, 1 for Chase and 1 for Amex. My wife and I are filing together and we had multiple (including business cards we are covering) for each. In some cases as many as 5 from the same creditor.

Anyway, i would think that each account with each number would need to be called out seperately for the current amount. Say I had 4 Chase cards
    xxxx1234 5,000
    xxxx5678 6,000
    xxxx4321 7,000
    xxxx9876 8,000

    total of $26,000

Wouldn't I need to list all 4 with acct numbers and dollar amounts?

With Amex I have 3 cards and 2 loans. Would the loans need to be called out in addition to the Credit Cards?

We are actually filing tomorrow even though we filled out and signed the paperwork.

    Any advice/input?

One would expect that a bankruptcy attorney knows the proper procedure for reporting debts. If you are filing tomorrow, that means the paperwork has been reviewed for accuracy and you signed the papers in the presence of your attorney, and the attorney will electronically submit the plan to the Court. If by filing you mean you are going in to review and sign the documents, you have made a slight error in description.

Actually you don't have to even list the account numbers, though it is generally a good idea too. Probably one line will be sufficient so long as the creditor matrix (where notices are sent to) includes the address for each card if they are different.

As far as loans and credit cards not sure but probably would be the same.
