Mortgage company filed a mtio for Relief from Stay

We received some paperwork that the mortgage company requested relief from stay. I checked Pacer and a court date has been set (after 341 hearing) and my attorney filed the paperwork.

    I'm turning in this property.

    Is this normal?

11/10/08 - Last day for Objections

Yes, if you are not planning on keeping the property then this is normal for the bank so that they can begin the process of taking the home.

Ok, thanks. Everytime I get a letter about the bankruptcy my heart starts beating faster.

He-He. I remember feeling that way when our BK first got going. When I got the mail and it was something from the US BK Court or my attorney, I would sweat like h-e-double hocky sticks until I got in the door and opened it. it was always nothing.

          But anyways............
