Discharged and Case Closed...now what?

Okay so yay!! Discharged and case closed, now what? Am I to assume all the debt I listed have been discharged?? How do I know otherwise??

Well, yes and no. We are discharged however have an Adversary Proceeding over a five year old 17 month inactive law suit for 180 million dollars. I am pro se in this but all this guy wants is a judgement so he can pecker me until I'm dead with writs of attachement, and levi's et al. However I think his civil case is done yet I have to work out a Federal civil case now 5 years old and the Statute of limitation is two years. To date, it seems as the Judge is going to allow it into Court. This guy is determined to make me a Felon and it is in print so we just go Ammendment five. He says we are malicious and this is not releasing us from his case. However the County says it is closed. I can't get nor afford a lawyer so we shall see. I just want him out of our life as he is who partially brought us to this condition. 'Hub
