    Trustee and 341 Meeting Question

My 341 meeting is in 11 days!!! As far as what my attorney has told me, everything that was required to be filed was filed.

But I have a few questions about the Trustee and the 341:

    1. If the Trustee wants other info/documents, will I (or my attorney) be notified prior to the 341?

    2. Can creditors object to my petition before the 341 or can they do so at any time? Would I be notified of their objection? Would that show up somewhere on Pacer?

    3. If the Trustee objects to something, can that happen before the 341? Would that show up somewhere on Pacer?

    4. Aside from my SS Card and ID, should I bring anything else with me for the 341 just in case?

    1. You would be notified prior to the 341 unless something comes up in the 341 where he thinks he needs more info.

    2. They generally don't before the 341 and they can object up til discharge.

    3. Generally not before the 341 unless it is an obvious case of abuse, however he might have questions in the 341 that might tip you that he has more interest in your case than normal

    4. Not really , do no bring electronics, cell phones, children etc to the meeting.
