We will be filing our Ch 13 in a few weeks. Now I'm getting confused on our car payments. Both vehicles will be paid inside the plan and the mortgage outside the plan. So I know for the mortgage I just continue to pay as normal.
But now the vehicles, I know I keep making normal payments on time until we file. But after that date we file and have to make a trustee payment, do we keep paying on the cars too until its all confirmed? Or stop and just pay the trustee.,...Im getting confused. I don't want my car payments late and it seems weird to just stop paying on them if we are keeping them.
