I was in foreclosure and my sale date was scheduled for Sept 11. My chapter 13 was filed Sept 10 and that postponed the trustee sale of my home until Oct 16, but my 341 meeting isn't until Oct 17 ( a day after my trustee sale date).
Will my attorney address this issue? Just asking because he has been somewhat unresponsive and lax to this point and I just want to know what to expect and make sure I understand what is going on.
