Filed in March, 341 in May, Discharged in July still not a word from the trustee about coming to get my non exempts or a buy back on my non exempts. It's a couple of larger items and a lot of little items. Attorney doesn't pursue it so you have time to save up $$ for a buyback etc...They wait for trustee to contact them ! In the meantime I wonder every day what is going on. Anyone else take this long to hear anything ?????????? I know we probably won't close for a while I just feel like I'm in limbo.

This seems irregular as if you are an asset case, they send out a letter to all creditors that there may be funds available which then causes 60 to become 90. We were then made an offer of a buyback amount that had to go to court to avert a Public auction. We had $5400 assessed and an agreement to pay it back in 12 payments of $450 no interest. Then after the 90 was up there were no objections it became law. Anyway, that is how mine went here in FL. ‘HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

You may just 'luck out'. It would be good to stockpile a bit on money if they catch up, but if they don't, you are just that much better for it. Now don't go kicking a 'sleeping dog', or you may make attention you will regret. Just check PACER from time to tome. 'HubOriginally posted by sunshine mary View PostIt still says no asset on pacer. There was no report saying it was no asset though and she did take our stimulus payment and we also had some items over the exemption. If I knew it all, would I be here??
