Hi, AD! BTW, I do give you a lot of credit for taking care of your parents
And welcome!
You need to sit down with them and get as much information as possible, have them hand over every piece of paper they own and comb through it. Make lists as you go. You may also need to request some records. Please find every asset they may have so this will go smooth for you! Even if it isn't worth much.Filed C7 Aug 31 2008

As far as property in a foreign nation, I doub't that the Trustee could or would be able to do anything with it. I don't think it should be mentioned but again always check the lawyer's opinion. If the property is either in the brothers name or jointly in the brothers name, it may confuse an otherwise simple procedure. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
